A number of local New Jersey businesses showed off their wares at this year’s EXPO26 event. Hosted by the Greater Ocean Township Chamber of Commerce, the annual expo features both the B2B franchise and small business, as well as those that focus on B2C services.
The event – open and free to both the business community and consumers – hopes to help attendees find companies that can meet both their professional and personal needs, and also offer them an opportunity to network. According to a news release, a number of prizes were given away at the event.
Kim Rise Somerville, the chairwoman and chamber treasurer of EXPO26, stated in the release that the parking lot was full all night long. Somerville has chaired the expo for four years, and is also the branch manager and vice president of Two River Community Bank’s West Long Branch location.
Several other restaurants and specialty food outlets in the New Jersey area offered culinary sampling, including Mark’s Place and Kula Café, both local to Asbury Park; Buona Sera Palazzo in Ocean Township, and Babur Garden Restaurant. Further, Life Massage of Neptune, Massage for Health from Ocean Township, and the Marron Wellness Center located in Shrewsbury provided massages to attendees.
